Our field of activity

AMB BROKER is a brokerage firm specialised in renting and selling semi-industrial and industrial buildings, logistics hall, suburban commercial buildings and floors of offices. We also sell industrial lots.

Our activity is essentially based in the Walloon industrial zones, not far from important highways or from any kind of financial activity which could meet a market demand.

We can offer solutions for any kind of requests.

  • Offices from 25m² to 5000m² with storage and logistics solutions

  • Warehouses from 50m² to 15,000m² with our without offices

  • Logistics halls from 1500m² to 30,000m² with our without offices.

We are also specialised in the development and rehabilitation of industrial sites since we are the partners of a real estate company owning industrial sites which already existed when they were bought or which have been built.

  • Rehabilitation of an existing industrial site of 7800m² including 1 logistic hall of 1400m² with 300m² of offices and construction of a new hall of 4000m² with 10 SME occupants
  • Renegotiation and extension of an office lease (1200m²) for 6 additional years with the firm KING BELGIM for the benefit of one of our investor clients
  • Lease of a logistics hall of 5184m² to one of our clients for the firm MEDI MARKET
  • Sale of an industrial site composed of 3300m² of warehouses and 1200m² of offices on 17.000m² of land for the account of the firm HINNI-TRACHET to one of our investors and setting up of 6 quality occupants in the wake of which KREFEL, SWECO EUROPOE and REMONDIS

Hainaut :

  • Sale of an industrial site of 11.245m² with 586m² of offices on 20.000m² of secured land for OXY FLEURUS following their cessation of activity with resale in the wake of half of the site to SOGEM, within the framework of their new establishment and division/complete renovation of the balance with the renting of 9 units from 345m² to 880m².
  • Rental of a 12,415m² logistics hall with 21 loading bays to the INTERMARCHE group as part of the new establishment of their logistics center in Wallonia

Province of Namur :

  • Sale of a semi-industrial site of 1650m² with 432m² of offices on 6500m² of land to one of our investors and placement of the occupant ORES ASSETS for a period of 9 years in the same timing

Province of Liege :

  • Renting of an office building of 1500m² with 50 parking lots at the CHR CITADELLE in the Zoning des Hauts-Sarts
  • Installation of the English firm PREMINOX on 560m ² of offices and 740m ² of warehouses on a secured site in the zoning of Milmort
  • Sale of a semi-industrial site of 1300m ² including 100m ² of warehouse and 300m ² of offices in Ans to one of our investors with investments of 4 occupants including the firm DELAWARE for the office part
